An ECA technology overview:
Electro-Chemical Activation (ECA) is the process of passing a diluted saline solution, and ordinary treated water, through an electrolytic cell in order to generate, by electrochemical energy conversion, environmentally responsible, highly active, metastable solution, which possesses electron-donor or electron acceptor properties, the trade name produced through the proprietary ECALogical System are known as ECActiv® Solutions.
The ECALogical System Process Design / Process Monitoring:
Because most ECALogical System applications are somewhat unique, the ECALogical System Process Control / Process Monitoring aspects of the System design are key to standardized output and results. Reducing variation is an essential element of the ECALogical System process and process design. Water quality, sodium chloride quality and energy requirements are critical inputs to standardized outputs. It is easy to understand why these simple, and identified inputs should have standard, and measurable outputs, which in turn deliver standardized results.
